Industry 4.0: the rise of Deep Tech
Wednesday, 11 March 2020, 11:00 -  5:00

CEA List will participate in the "Industry 4.0: the rise of Deep Tech" event organized by Systematic within the international Deep Tech Week (from March 9th to 12th closing with Hello Tomorrow Global Summit). Industry 4.0 combines digital technologies and massive use of data for the development of innovative industrial processes to help the industry meet its new challenges in terms of performance improvement and sustainable development. Although very promising, Industry 4.0 is struggling to roll out for several reasons: firstly, lack of awareness of the use of data and digital technologies; secondly, the difficulty for companies to cooperate on operational processes with start-ups; and thirdly, the lack of qualified personnel, which fuels fears about AI, data and cobots, to name but a few.

This event aims both to explore the potential of cutting-edge technologies (especially those developed by innovative actors in our ecosystem) and to analyze the success factors of their implementation through presentations focusing on use cases. Frédéric Amblard (CEO of FactoryLab - CEA List), will participate in the openig keynote and Tridimeo (a CEA List startup) will participate in the first workshop "Airbus Use case + SMEs".

Industry 4.0: the rise of Deep Tech will take place on March, 11th, from 2pm to 5pm at Sorbonne Université - Campus Jussieu.
